I wish Cicero had more game-time. It would be nice if he had some personal quest the Listener could assist him with - something that would show us more of Cicero's past. And more of his bloodthirsty wonky comments! (Can't get enough of those, really)

As for combat animations - there are some mods at the Nexus which improve them. Don't know much about what changes they introduce, exactly - never used any. In any case, if time is not in question, I could try and figure out how to get a new animation into Skyrim. I've been getting new models into the game for quite a while now - weapons, clothing, modified head meshes. I'm also no stranger to animation, so if there was a way to import a working skeleton from Skyrim into Maya - then I think I could do something.
